A distinctive mid-century bar cabinet, dating from approximately the 1960s. The cabinet combines richly figured rosewood veneer with refined metal details and a slender architectural base, giving it a particularly decorative appearance.
The upper cabinet features two doors with square handles and decorative metal and blue enamel elements at the centre. Brass-toned details along the edges provide an additional contrast with the deep reddish-brown tones of the rosewood.
Inside, the cabinet is designed as a practical home bar or drinks cabinet, with several glass shelves offering storage and display space for bottles, glasses and bar accessories. The cabinet rests on a matching rosewood base with tapered legs and a large lower shelf, which provides additional storage or display space.
