All products are clearly described and depicted as completely as possible. Mistakes or errors do not bind Infinity Resale.
4. Prices
All prices include VAT and exclude shipping costs, unless stated otherwise.
5. Delivery
We aim to ship within 1-3 working days after receipt of payment. For large furniture, delivery is by appointment.
6. Right of withdrawal
Private customers have the right to cancel the purchase within 14 calendar days after receipt of the product. The costs for return shipping are for the customer's account.
7. Complaints procedure
Complaints must be reported within a reasonable period via info@infinityresale.be. We will respond within 14 days.
8. Disputes
This agreement is governed by Belgian law.
