Information
An original Triana floor lamp by Arteluce, produced in Italy during the 1980s. This model reflects the bold architectural language of Italian postmodern design. The construction combines a black lacquered steel structure with chromed metal details and interchangeable glass panels.
The lamp features a distinctive inverted triangular support beneath the shade, giving it a strong geometric presence. The glass panels can be alternated between two plain versions and two ribbed versions, all original and preserved in excellent condition. This allows you to subtly adjust the character of the light and the overall look.
At the base, the lamp is equipped with an integrated slide control that functions as a dimmer. This built-in dimming system allows you to regulate the light intensity smoothly, from ambient mood lighting to stronger functional light. The mechanism is discreetly incorporated into the foot, maintaining the clean vertical silhouette of the design.
The chrome elements are in very good condition, and the structure remains fully intact. A complete example with four original glass panels is increasingly hard to source on the European design market.
